My career has moved from social work and education leadership into education technology, SaaS operations, EOS integration, AI product development, and company building. The settings changed, but the work kept calling for the same mix of judgment, care, and follow-through.
I care about both the result and the way people experience the work. The best systems create clarity while preserving the judgment, creativity, and humanity that make a team strong.

Regulated services and education
Progressed from social work into executive leadership for Early Intervention and Special Education programs, including three integrated schools and childcare facilities in New York City.
Education technology at scale
Led a complex service operation spanning more than 100 concurrent programs and over 8,000 weekly clients while strengthening retention, quality, and delivery.
SaaS operations and EOS
Led global operations, product expansion, AI-enabled transformation, enterprise compliance, and an increase in organizational health from 79 to 98.
AI product and venture building
Built an AI-native influencer marketing platform from research and prototyping through beta validation and commercialization.
Media, events, and company building
Building an integrated portfolio of media, events, technology, and commerce businesses, including an industry summit launched in under 120 days.
As an EOS Integrator and operating executive, I helped a software company sharpen accountability, strengthen leadership alignment, improve its operating cadence, and move its organizational health score from 79 to 98.
Music and the road
I spent a decade touring with MayOrWest and made three records: The Mark & The Memory, We, The End, and We, Reborn. Touring taught me preparation, adaptability, and shared ownership. It remains one part of how I think about teams and rhythm.
Home base
My family is the center of things. I am a husband and father of two, and our dogs, Hopper and Puffin, are loyal companions in work breaks and everyday life.
Outside is usually better
Snowboarding, mountain biking, e-skating, hiking, and time outdoors with my family give me perspective and room to think. I am happiest when there is a little speed, a long trail, or a mountain involved.
